Making the Most of Your References

The KEEB system allows you to list your professional references within your resume. It is important to list individuals familiar with your professional career. One way to set yourself apart is to attach reference letters to your KEEB resume. Districts are always looking for quick ways to learn more about you as a teacher or administrator. Beyond providing them with contact information for your references, ask your references to write a reference letter. Attach these as one document to your resume in place of either the cover letter or a copy of your resume at step 6. To learn more about using reference letters in your application watch Brian Krueger from CollegeGrad.com.
