Using RSS Feeds to Stay Up to Date on Job Announcements

The new KEEB allows job seekers to subscribe to an RSS feed to stay up-to-date on job postings. But what are RSS feeds and how do I use it? Common Craft came up with this great video on "RSS in Plain English" that explains what an RSS Feed is.



Follow the steps below to begin using the KEEB RSS Feed:

1. On the KEEB Homepage Click on the RSS Job Feed link.
2. In Firefox, a new window will open which will provide a preview of the RSS Feed and allow you to select which RSS Reader you would like to use to subscribe to the KEEB feed.
3. Select an RSS Reader to subscribe with.
4. The KEEB RSS Feed will now be updated frequently on your RSS Reader. You can visit your RSS Reader to view updated information from KEEB.
5. From your RSS Reader you can view a brief description of the job announcement or click on the Job Title to go directly to the KEEB website to view the entire job announcement, as well as apply for the position.
