From time to time, applicants creating accounts for the first time experience difficulty with the CAPTCHA code.  The CAPTCHA code is a part of the applicant process for security purposes.

If you've never created a KEEB account and experience difficulty with the CAPTCHA code, please refer to the FAQ page ( on the site for instructions on how to allow cookies.

If you have created a KEEB account before and can't remember your username and/or password, you will experience difficulty with the CAPTCHA code portion of creating another account. Alternatively, please click on the Forgot Your Login? link ( to request your username and password.
